Vitamin D, AKA the sunshine vitamin, protects you from harmful pollutants and skin cancer, reinforces your skin barrier, soothes inflammation and prevents premature ageing.

Vitamin E is a great skin moisturiser. It has a soothing, and rejuvenating effect.
