Ah, St Patrick’s Day, the one day of the year when it’s acceptable to go day drinking.

This year at STELLAR, we’re elevating the festivities with some delicious themed cocktails.

So, if like us you love a good cocktail, then keep reading as we’re sharing three St Paddy’s Day cocktail recipes that are sure to add a little bit of magic to your day.

Shamrock Espresso Martini

Who doesn’t love an espresso martini? 

Why not shake up your usual recipe with this shamrock espresso martini and get in the St Patrick’s Day mood!

Ingredients

• 30ml vodka
• 30ml espresso
• 20ml coffee liqueur 
• 20ml Baileys vanilla milkshake

Garnish

• Grated chocolate 
• Mint

Steps

• Fill your shaker with 1oz of vodka, 1oz chilled espresso, 1oz coffee liqueur, 2oz Baileys vanilla milkshake.
• Add ice and shake.
• Pour into an espresso martini glass.
• Garnish with grated chocolate and a mint leaf.

Grasshopper

This is the perfect green drink for St Patrick’s Day and only has three ingredients!

Ingredients

• 30ml heavy cream
• 20ml Crème de menthe 
• 20ml white crème de cacao   

Garnish

• Mint 

Steps

• Add 1 oz heavy cream, 1oz crème de menthe, 1oz white crème de cacao into a tall glass.
• Pour the ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake.
• Empty back into the tall glass.
• Strain the cocktail into a glass of your choice.
• Decorate with a mint leaf.

Top Of The Mimosa

Start the celebrations off with this super easy green mimosa with a sweet treat!

Ingredients 

• 20ml orange juice
• 60ml Champagne
• 20ml Blue curacao

Garnish

• 1 rainbow belt  
• 2 mini marshmallows

Steps

• In a champagne glass add 1oz orange juice, champagne and 1oz blue curacao.
• Pierce a mini skewer or toothpick through the rainbow belt and marshmallows and place it over the top of the glass.
