If You’re watching Love Island All Stars at the moment, you’re probably rooting for Molly Smith and Callum Jones to get back together. I know we are!  

The iconic TV series took a spin when Maya Jama introduced Callum Jones as the newest bombshell, only to reveal his ex-girlfriend Molly Smith only minutes later – and this season has been nothing but drama since.

Now we are all left wondering what went wrong for the couple who were so in love for nearly four years.  

We’ve created a timeline of Molly and Callum’s relationship from where it all started up to now.

Let’s dive in!

February 2020 – Callum’s head turns for Molly in Casa Amor

On season 6 of Love Island, Callum was coupled up with Shaughna Phillips before he went into Casa Amor.

Then, he shocked fans by returning to the villa hand in hand with lingerie model Molly Smith.  

This was when Shaughna delivered the iconic line “Congrats, Hun” that people are still talking about to this day. 

February 2020 – The pair are dumped from the Love Island villa as a couple

Callum and Molly’s relationship continued to grow but they were dumped as a couple on day 38 of the series, not making it to the finale.

They continued their relationship after leaving the villa and seemed like the perfect match!

March 2020 – The couple move into Molly’s parents’ house for lockdown

Soon after the first series of Winter Love Island was aired, Covid 19 hit and Callum moved into Molly’s parents’ home to spend lockdown with her.

He told The Sun, “I get on with them both really well so there’s no awkwardness or anything.”  

He explained in the same interview that he felt like the Love Island experience had set himself and Molly up for living together. “I think we got pretty lucky just because in the villa we’d been living together anyway 24/7 so it was kind of like a tester in the villa.” 

November 2020 – Molly and Callum move into their first home together

Ten months after the couple first met, they moved into their three-story Manchester home. The loved-up couple did a house tour with OK! Magazine sharing that the living room is their favourite room in the house.  

Molly said “We just like to snuggle down every night and watch nice films” 

2021-2023 – Their relationship goes from strength to strength

Over the course of their relationship, it appeared as though the pair were happier than ever.

They shared glimpses of their relationship on social media, including their adorable two dogs!

Whether it was lavish holidays or nights in, Callum and Molly appeared to be going steady, and some fans even speculated that marriage was on the cards. 

Around this time Molly focused on her career in modelling and influencing, while Callum began to tap into a different side of social media by posting cooking videos. 

September 2023 – It is revealed that Callum and Molly have called it quits

Back in September rumours emerged that the pair had decided to call it a day.  

A source close to the exes told The Sun: “It’s really sad as they were a sweet couple together but it’s over – and has been for a few weeks.” 

The split came just months after Callum told MailOnline all about their future plans as a couple.  

He said: “We are perfect. We’ve got two dogs, so we’ve got a proper little family going, it’s lovely. We’re just enjoying things that we’ve got at the minute and then family and marriage will eventually come into it.” 

January 2024 – Molly and Callum are both brought in as bombshells on Love Island All Stars

Both Molly and Callum say they had no clue either one had agreed to star in Love Island All Stars, but fans are not convinced. 

Speaking on their split, Molly told the girls in the villa, “It was very mutual, but literally two weeks after we broke up, he was just doing things that I thought was disrespectful, and I thought he could have handled it a lot better.” 

Molly has been coupled up with season 9 star, Tom Clare, as Callum shut down her hopes of rekindling their relationship when he decided to pursue Georgia Steel who has caused quite a stir in the villa.  

But after Georgia’s sneaky antics were revealed on Sunday night’s episode, fans are holding out hope that the pair will get back together.  

Only time will tell…we’ve got our fingers crossed!
