Adele Has Split From Husband & Father Of Her Child Simon Konecki

Adele has sadly split up from her husband of three years, Simon Konecki.

The pair, who have a seven-year-old son together, made the announcement today, after being together for over eight years – yes, Simon is who Someone Like You is about – *sob*

With little Angelo, the couple’s only child, still growing up as much outside of the public eye as his famous mama can ensure – the pair have said their co-parenting is still a priority for them.

“Adele and her partner have separated,”  a representative for the star said in a statement.

“They are committed to raising their son together lovingly. As always they ask for privacy. There will be no further comment.”

The ever private couple married in such a low key ceremony that it wasn’t even known until nearly a year later, when the Rolling In The Deep singer thanked her ‘husband’ while accepting a Grammy in 2017.

“Grammys, I appreciate it, the Academy, I love you, my manager, my husband and my son – you’re the only reason I do it,” she said from the stage as she accepted the award for Album Of The Year, shortly after her tearful claims that the award should have gone to Beyoncé.

We truly are saddened by this news – and we’re sure Adele’s own love songs will comfort her through a break up as they have many others!
