Ailbhe Garrihy Welcomes Baby Boy And Reveals Sweet Irish Name

Ailbhe Garrihy and her husband Ruaidri Hehir have announced the arrival of their first son.

The happy couple welcomed baby Sean to the world on Wednesday and both mum and baby are said to be doing well.

Sharing a snap of her holding her son’s hand, Ailbhe said, “And just like that, our perfect baby boy Sean Hehir made his appearance. Beyond delighted with our little man.”

Famous friends were quick to share their well-wishes and heartfelt congratulations, including Tara Anderson, Grace Mongey, Louise Cooney and Thalia Heffernan.

Ailbhe’s sister Doireann simply shared a number of blue love-hearts.

Last week, Ailbhe shared a glimpse inside her son’s nursery ahead of his arrival.

Ailbhe and Ruaidhri kept the colour palette very neutral with cream walls and soft decorative finishes on the walls.

Adding an adorable Winnie The Pooh print, which was a gift from her mum, as well as green leaves on the wall (bought from Sostrene Grene), Ailbhe couldn’t be happier with how it all looks.

“Not able for my little leaves in baby’s room,” she beamed.

We’re so happy for them. A massive congrats again!
