Anna Kendrick Just Proved She’s The World’s Coolest Best Friend With This Gesture
Girl crush, always and forever.
If you follow Anna Kendrick on Twitter, you’ve no doubt already surmised that she is one cool gal.
Any celebrity who is chilled enough to type out a tweet like this without caring what people think definitely gets our vote:
Is it bad if your best friend sees you wearing pants without a drawstring waist and asks “What’s the occasion?”

But if you’re looking to fill the slot of ‘Anna’s BFF,’ you may need to think again, as that position has already been taken by one Meg Cerulo.
Meg got married in New England last August, and as Anna felt guilty about not fulfilling some of her pre-wedding maid of honour duties due to filming commitments in Hawaii, she made a pretty amazing gesture of apology.
Meg’s something borrowed for her wedding? Thousands of dollars worth of diamond jewellery, taken on loan by Anna from jeweller Harry Cotlar.
The bride revealed the incredible gesture in the newest issue of Brides magazine, describing the gift as “the most incredible something borrowed in history.”
Meg wore Harry Cotlar earrings, bracelets, and rings for the rehearsal dinner and a different pair of drop earrings and a bracelet for the wedding ceremony itself, for which Anna was among five bridesmaids.
“After the ceremony, I added a truly incredible necklace to change up my look for the reception,” she adds.
In true BFF style, Anna was on hand to make a maid of honour speech after the wedding ceremony, saying a few words which Meg described as “a flawless balance of funny and sentimental.”
As for dresses, while Meg was decked out in a white Love Couture gown, Anna and her fellow bridesmaids donned seafoam green strapless chiffon numbers for the big day.
“I wanted the girls to be comfortable in something light that fit the venue,” Meg said of the Donna Morgan dresses.
“I fully admit that none of them will ever the wear the dress again, but they looked amazing for the day!”
