It’s been trending in Ireland for weeks, it has caused major kerfuffle over a certain scene in episode three and now, it looks as though the two leading stars are dating… off camera too!

Yes, Sarah Shahi and Adam Demos, who play Billie and Brad on the show (each other’s past lovers come reignited flames) are now a real life couple all thanks to the show.

Meeting on Sex/Life last year and falling in love as Sarah’s divorce to her ex husband of 11 years was being finalised, the pair couldn’t help but feel sparks fly and confirmed their romance in December of last year.

How mad?

One flick through the pair’s Insta accounts will see them constantly gushing over each other, with Sarah even calling Adam her “forever”.

“I do know I met my soulmate. I do know I found my forever. I do know I’ve never loved deeper, harder, more ferociously. I do know I’m overly grateful for him,” Sarah wrote on Instagram in May while celebrating her beau’s birthday.

According to reports, the pair have been inseparable since the filming and well, again, social media seems to be proving that with the couple cropping up everywhere together from doing press to enjoying some down time. Cute.

For those who haven’t seen the show yet, season one is now on Netflix and ready to stream.

Starring Adam Demos as bad-boy Brad Simon, Sarah Shahi as leading lady Billie Connelly and Mike Vogel as her husband Cooper Conelly, the show follows a woman (Billie) who cannot stop fantasising about her ex (Brad) despite being married with kids and so, writes about all her past sexual experiences with Brad in her diary, constantly getting flashbacks to her past relationship and wondering if it’s worth reliving when their paths collide again.

The raunchy drama is also inspired by BB Easton’s 2016 book 44 Chapters About 4 Men – a book that is based on a true story and memoir. Yep. Like Billie in Sex/Life, Easton was apparently compelled to start the journal because she was feeling stalled in life as a married mother-of-two and school psychologist. Ken, her husband, was very different from the tattooed bad boys of her youth and so, she began to write about them, longing to resurrect the thrill of her past loves. I mean, can this series get even more juicy?

You’ll have to watch and find out for yourself.
