Dua Lipa Reveals She’s ‘Exploring’ New Career Path While Tour Is Postponed

The Levitating singer was devastated to announce that her European and UK tour had to be pushed back to 2022.

It looks like Dua Lipa is hoping to use her talents for pastures new and we’re very here for it.

The 26-year-old singer had to announce that she was postponing her originally set for 2020 European and UK tour yet again due to the ongoing pandemic.

Now scheduled to take place from April to June 2022, with two dates in Dublin’s 3Arena, April 20th and 21st, Dua revealed that she’s “utterly heartbroken” that things can’t proceed this year, but added that she “can’t wait to be back on stage and reunited with you all.”

In the meantime, while Dua waits for the green light to get back to doing what she loves best, it looks like the Future Nostalgia star is hoping to give acting a whirl and see if it’s something she could potentially turn into a career.

“I would really like to. It is something I’m definitely up for exploring and figuring it out, maybe with a small role first,” she confessed to The Sun.

“I am quite intrigued and excited about the prospect of doing something else at some point,’ the singer added.

Often seen acting in her music videos, this comes as no surprise that Dua wants to dip a toe in the movie pond and who knows, she could end up forging an acting career in parallel to her music career, similar to the likes of Harry Styles and Lady Gaga who’re now seen as established actors and artists.

We for one just can’t get enough of Dua and so, give us all the movies, music and shows starring her, please.
