Jesy Nelson And Chris Hughes Split After 16 Months Together

It looks like the end of an era for Little Mix’s Jesy Nelson and Love Island star, Chris Hughes.

According to sources, the pair have called it a day on their relationship after 16 months of dating. This news comes after Jesy and Chris decided to live separately during the coronavirus pandemic after a rocky couple of months.

Speaking to the MailOnline, a source told the publication that the relationship ended over phone last week with there being no hard feelings between the pair.

“She split up with him last week in a phone call, as she thought the relationship had run its course. There are no hard feelings. Jesy said he was surprisingly fine about it and thinks she will stay friends with him.”

Jesy had previously confirmed that the pair were in lockdown separately, noting that Chris was in London with his flatmate and that she hadn’t seen him “for a while”.

Jesy and Chris first confirmed their relationship in January 2019 when they were papped locking lips in a kebab shop in the early hours of the morning. Soon after, they confirmed their relationship with a trip to Dublin.

Neither Jesy or Chris have commented on the news of their split.

We sure hope they’re doing OK!

In timely news, Little Mix have just released a new single “Break Up Song”, which Jesy told Roman Kemp on Capital FM she has been blaring “really loud”.
