Kim Kardashian Wraps Her Presents In Velvet Because… Of Course

The Christmas season is a time to give and for the last few weeks, Kim Kardashian just keeps giving and giving more insights into her home life with Kanye, North, Saint, Chicago and Psalm.

Fond of arty minimalism (translation: zero craic), her entire house is kitted out in tones of white, beige and cream and this year she’s decided that that colour palette will extend to her Christmas decorations and presents.

She first shared photos of the all-white marshmallow towers   lining her hallways and shared her family Christmas card that North was photoshopped into  but she has now revealed that her presents will be wrapped up in cream velvet cloth.

Posting on her Instagram stories, she told us that “Each year every family member picks a colour and vibe so we know who the gifts are from. This year we chose creamy velvet.” Good grief.

So while we’re all picking up some last-minute rolls of glittery paper from Tesco, think of Kim swaddling her presents up like a baby in velvet that’s probably more expensive than the entire contents of your wardrobe.
