Saoirse Ronan’s Co Wicklow Home Is Up For Sale For €1.5m

Let's have a nosy, shall we?

Saoirse Ronan has put her Co. Wicklow home up for sale and of course, it’s stunning.

The 25-year-old actress is looking for €1.5m for the five-bedroom home.

Built in the 1970s and recently re-designed and modernised it sits on a 450 square metre piece of land, filled with beautiful trees and a stunning garden.

Located in Greystones the home is both elegant and cosy and the estate agents stress: “This property must truly be viewed to be appreciated.”

“The layout and finish will impress even the most particular and comes to the market ready for the new owners to move in and invite your family and friends to oooh and ahhhhhhh,” they also insist.

We could go into more details about size and rooms, but we’re all just here to have a nosy, so here are the pics.

First up, the front of the house, just look at that patio furniture, like something from an American rom-com!

Then there’s a gorgeous big entranceway full of with plants and vases which according to Daft ‘suggest inspiration from the neighbouring Burnaby area and the arts and crafts movement.’

Then there’s one of the sitting room/lounge areas which features a gorgeous fireplace and cosy velvet green sofas.

Then there’s a big dining room with loads of beautiful bookshelves neatly packed onto the walls.

The kitchen is huge and we reckon Saoirse would have loads of trendy dinner parties with her friends like Hozier and Greta Gerwig. Between the breakfast bar and a dining room with the piano above, we just know this is a house you’d have loads of people over in all the time!

Then there are the bedrooms which are beautiful bright and spacious, decorated with some fun colours, perhaps from the craft market mentioned above.

The Insta-pretty bathroom features loads of gold and marble and we’re just dreaming of having a long relaxing bath in that gorge blue tub!

And, in case it wasn’t clear from the many other rooms, the garden is yet another perfect area for trendy celeb guests.

If you buy it, please invite us over?!
