Claire Danes Lived Her Best Disney Life Last Night In An Epic Light-Up Gown
Cinderella, is that you?
Last night’s Met Gala theme was “Fashion In The Age Of Technology,” and one celebrity who definitely took the theme and ran with it was Claire Danes.
The actress glowed in a Disney-esque light blue Zac Posen gown with a corseted top and a full skirt.
And we mean “glowed” literally – the dress was embellished with tiny lights and 30 battery packs, meaning that when the sun when down, Claire simply switched her dress to ON and lit the place up.
Behold:
There she is, doing a twirl for the cameras:
Beautiful.
Zac gave some insight into the design process behind the dress, telling followers on Twitter that it was created using fibre-optic woven organza sourced from France.
Claire’s only style opponent? Cinderella, the original and best, of course.
We need that dress. Now.
