Congratulations! Eva Longoria Is Pregnant With Her First Child!

Eva Longoria and her husband, José ‘Pepe’ Baston, have confirmed they’re expecting their first child together.

The pair, who got married in May 2016, made the announcement via their rep to Us Weekly, saying she’s four months along.

They also confirmed the baby’s gender, saying the Desperate Housewives star is expecting a son.

Eva is now 42 years old and wasn’t sure if she’d ever be able to have kids. A couple of years ago she told People Magazine, “I just turned 40, so I have thought, ‘Is time running out?’”

But she’s very close to her three step-children, all of whom are from José’s previous marriage, and Eva previously said, “I don’t feel like we are lacking because we don’t have a baby.”

Her new bundle of joy will arrive in the summer of 2018.
