Everything Team STELLAR Is Loving This Week
It's that time of week again...
Another week, another list of bits we’ve been loving.
One day it’s warm, another it’s cold – but one thing is for sure this January, we’ve still a whole host of lovely bits to brighten our days.
From tasty lunches to gorge looks to beauty bits, here’s everything we’ve been into this week.
Head of Digital Jade is loving… A cosy, delicious ramen
This week, Team STELLAR was invited to take part in a cook-along with HelloFresh – and let me tell you, there are far worse ways to spend a Wednesday lunchtime.
For the meat eaters, there was chicken curry and for the veggies (me) a mushroom ramen. So warm, so filling, so tasty.
HelloFresh’s event took place in As One, and was hosted by Lucy Kennedy and the brand’s own Hannah, who helped up create some quick and easy meals, all with HelloFresh ingredients and recipes. Delish.

If you know me, you know that I can’t be without a good concealer. With an iron deficiency sometimes, the supplements just don’t cut it and I need a little extra help from the make-up gods to cover those dark circles.
I have been a Fenty Beauty fan since Rihanna launched the brand back in 2017. I’ve used the Fenty Beauty Pro Filt’r concealer for a long time so when I saw ‘Bad Gal RiRi’ launched a new concealer this January, it went straight into my basket, and it did not disappoint.
It’s everything you could want in a concealer: great coverage, creamy, hydrating, and my favourite part – it doesn’t crease!
If you have dry skin and dark circles like me this is a great product to add to your make-up collection. It has an amazing shade range and a unique angled applicator. I went for shade 130W, and yes, I am still in my 2016, super bright under-eye era. (Don’t judge.)
Editor-in-chief Megan is loving… Irish talent in London
Laois born MUA (and star of the Glow Up!) James Mac Inerney has had a whirlwind few years, and he’s just launched his first London Gallery Exhibition, titled Makeup X ART. Incredible.
The gallery exhibition, sponsored by MAC Cosmetics, is taking place in the Morley Gallery, London, and will demonstrate the magic and unconventional ways we can connect with makeup.
The showcase is running from 25th January – 1st February. Sounds incredible!
Head of Digital Jade is loving… A fresh set
I’m a simple woman. I like simple things. Like getting an almond croissant. Reading a good book. And getting a fresh set of stunning acrylics on.
My go-to spot for a speedy, extremely reasonably priced set is V Nails & Spa on Meath Street. The team are so friendly, so good at what they do, and leave me fully obsessed with my own fingers every time I leave.
Just look how cute my hands are! Class.
Editorial intern Abby is loving… Pilates

As someone who has tried nearly every exercise class under the sun, I could never find one that I felt worked for me or that I could stick to. Pilates had always intrigued me so, when I saw that a pilates trainer was starting classes very close to my house, there was no excuse. I rounded up my friends and learned all about the world of pilates.
It was a beginner’s class, so we were brought through low impact exercises that focused on core strength, balance, and restrengthening the pelvic floor. You breathe through each exercise and after each class you really do feel great, body and mind.
Four weeks in and I’m hooked!
