Fancy Buying Kim And Kanye’s LA Apartment? Well, It’ll Set You Back About 3 Million Euro

Kim and Kanye have listed their Calabasas Condo for sale, and tbh it’s not half as fancy as we expected it to be, but it would set you back a hefty €3 million.

The beige pad is made up of 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a private foyer, a covered deck, and some state of the art toilets? (Yeah, really, they’re called ’Toto Toilets’).

The apartment showcases that famous Kardashian/West minimalist style, which to be honest, we find a little unnerving – where are the utensils, what way do you live?!

The home is decorated with neutral colours, beige, navy, grey, and as to be expected the furniture and decor are minimal in its style. In our humble opinion, the space looks a little lackluster and dare we say, depressing? – but hey, what do we know!?

But, as it turns out, the fam never actually used this condo for living in – it was merely used as an office space for Kimye as they worked on business projects – God forbid they actually had to LIVE in that squalor.

Kim apparently bought the space for $1.6 million back in 2017 and has doubled it’s worth by employing Belgian Architect Vincent Van Duysce to reimagine the space.
