Get To Know Our InstaStar Nominees Even Better With Instagram’s Creators Of Tomorrow

Have you stopped talking about this year’s Hayu InstaStar awards?

We sure haven’t. The night was full of glitz, glam, and a whole lot of content creation as we brought the best and the brightest in social media together for the third year in a row.

But we’re not done with them yet. We’ve teamed up with InstaStar category sponsor Instagram to give you even more content from some of your favourite content creators, nominated for the Rising Star award.

The amazing (and hilarious) Shanice Griffin may have walked away victorious this year, but we want to learn even more about all of these amazing creators. They deserve to be celebrated for their creativity, impact and cultural contributions that make Instagram the place that it is.

That’s why over the next few weeks, we’ll be honouring the next generation of creators who are making a mark on their communities – and the world! – with this year’s Instagram Creators of Tomorrow.

As part of the programme, some of our Rising Star nominees (Shanice Griffin, Meg Hughes, Brooke Scullion, Adam Fogarty, & Ayo Fierce) will be taking over our Instagram account to share some exclusive content across some exciting categories:

IG Bestie: The ones who make us smile and who shine bright while lifting us all up in the process just like our best friends do IRL. These creators bring joy. They make you feel wrapped up in a big hug and remind you that through them, you’re part of a community and safe space.

Raising the Bar: Aspiring to grow in some way, shape or form is never out of style. These creators inspire us and show us more is possible than we ever thought. Whether they’re voices of a movement, experts in their field, or “regular” people  doing extraordinary things, we’re looking up to this group.

Unfiltered Creativity: The fire creators who take Instagram to the next level with their next level creativity. Whether they’re an expert at using IG’s camera flow through Reels or inspire others through creative ideas on Stories, you’re left wondering how they did that, and if they have VIP access to new tools, tips or tricks because they’re expertly using IG’s features to express themselves in their own way.

On the Map: These are the culture makers, starting trends and establishing themselves with their own unique twist on things. Whether they’ve helped a brand breakout or made a little known cause a household name, you can count on them to BE the pulse of the moment.

Instagram’s Creators of Tomorrow programme celebrates emerging talents who are inspiring a new movement of creative content online, and bringing people together in the process.
