Gone Glamping? The Details Of Pippa Middleton’s Honeymoon Sound Incredibly Glam

Prepare to develop wanderlust.

Pippa Middleton and her new husband, James Matthews, are living the high life since their lavish wedding in May and are currently enjoying their honeymoon in the southern hemisphere.

First, the pair flew off to spend ten days island-hopping in French Polynesia in the South Pacific. According to the Sun, the newlyweds enjoyed a number of days in a resort previously owned by actor Marlon Brando, with 35 luxury villas on white-sand beaches frequented by sea turtles, manta rays and exotic birds.

Only the richest of the rich can afford to stay here, with past visitors including Barack Obama and Leonardo DiCaprio (though not at the same time, obvs.)

After that, Pippa and James jetted off to Australia, where they spent a day and a half in Sydney. The independent.ie reported that the happy couple spent the night in a stunning $19,000-a-night suite at the Park Hyatt Hotel, with views of the Sydney Opera House, before boarding a flight to Darwin.

Darwin is where they’re currently at, and it’s likely they’ll venture to the great outdoors to take in Australia’s wild, open scenery.

It’s been rumoured that the pair will go ‘glamping’ (or glamorous camping) in the grounds of Kakadu National Park, where the tents are decked out with a double bed, with spring-foam mattresses on pallet bases, quality bed linen, fresh towels, bamboo furniture, toiletries and Armadillo & Co rugs.

According to the Daily Mail, all of the tents have power and lighting, so they can enjoy all the comforts of home while taking in the park’s gorgeous scenery.

It’s unknown how much longer Pippa and James will stay in Australia, but the remainder of their trip can be expected to be just as lavish and luxurious as the beginning.
