Here’s Everything You Need To Know About The Princess Switch Sequel

A Sequel to The Princess Switch has been confirmed, and we can expect not one or two Vanessa Hudgens, but three.

The original Christmas film stole our hearts following its release last year. For those of you unfamiliar with the Oscar-worthy storyline, the flick follows the story of two Doppelgängers whose lives are turned upside down when they inevitably cross paths and they get up to mischief.

The sequel titled, The Princess Switch: Switched Again (creative), will both star and be produced by Vanessa herself.

Announcing the exciting news on Twitter, the Netflix ‘See what’s Next’ account gave us a little taster of what we can expect from the film.

“In the sequel, Duchess Margaret unexpectedly inherits the throne & hits a rough patch with Kevin so it’s up to Stacy to save the day before a new lookalike — party girl Fiona — foils their plans”

Well in the words of Pitbull, two’s a crowd and three’s a party.

There is yet to be an exact release date confirmed, but fans can more than likely expect the film to be out at some point in 2020.

Not sure about you, but in the meantime, we’re just going to watch the original on repeat until then.
