Here’s EYNTK About Sex Education’s Fourth And Final Season

We can't believe it's coming to an end!

Sex Education is coming to an end, with a fourth and final season announced by Netflix this summer.

While we’re devastated that the show is wrapping up, we’re also absolutely buzzing for the upcoming season, which is set to be an exciting one!

The show are giving us a glimpse of what to expect with new images and info, including the release date.

Here’s everything you need to know about season four of Sex Education.

The Plot

So, where’s this season of Sex Education taking us? Netflix tells us that we can expect to see Otis and Eric now facing a new frontier – their first day at Cavendish Sixth Form College, following the closure of Moordale.

It’s said to bring a total culture shock to our favourite characters, especially when they realise that their new school is way more progressive than they’ve been giving themselves credit for. There’s daily yoga in the communal garden, a strong sustainability vibe and a group of kids who are popular for being kind. Interesting.

We’ll get to see the return of Viv, whose thrown by the college’s non competitive approach; Jackson, who can’t get over Cal; Adam, who isn’t sure if mainstream education is for him…and of course Maeve, who is having a ball studying at a prestigious university in the States. (Bad news for Otis, who can’t stop pining after her).

The Cast

While we know we’ll get to see all of our favourites back on screen, there’s also a bunch of new faces starring in this season. One of the most prominent will be Thomas Molloy, a cult author who tutors Maeve. He’s played by Dan Levy, known best for playing David Rose in Schitt’s Creek.

Alongside Dan will be Thaddea Graham (Doctor Who), Lisa McGrillis (Somewhere Boy), Marie Reuther (Kamikaze), actress and model Jodie Turner Smith, comedian Eshaan Akbar and newcomers Felix Mufti, Anthony Lexa, Alexandra James, Reda Elazouar, Bella Maclean and Imani Yahshua. Exciting!

The Release Date

The show will be available to watch on Netflix on 21st September. We can’t wait!
