Here’s What Team STELLAR Is Loving This Week
We've been busy...
It’s happened – it’s officially freezing.
It seems like only a day or two ago that we were wandering around in a light jacket. But those days are long gone, my friend.
While you’re shivering away in the office, or enduring your commute home, take a moment to check out what we’ve been loving this week.
… Moulin Rogue coming to Dublin!
Yes! Really!
The global phenomenon that is Moulin Rouge is coming to Dublin next year, and we couldn’t be more excited.
The multi-award-winning hit stage show will have its Irish premiere in the Bord Gáis Energy Theatre next November, as part of its first ever world tour.
Like the film, the show celebrates over 160 years of music – from Offenbach to Lady Gaga, and features over 70 iconic songs, so you can be sure there’s something for absolutely everyone to enjoy.
Moulin Rouge! The Musical runs from Thursday 20 November 2025 to Sunday 11 January 2026. You can sign up for pre-sale here.
… Lots of chocolate
The festive season is almost upon us, and if you’re anything like us, you’ve probably been eating lots of chocolate.
Chocolate bars, chocolate truffles, chocolate in the shape of a cocktail glass… you name it, it’s passed through our lips over the last few weeks.
A lot of that chocolate has also been of the Baileys variety. Their Christmas collection has just dropped and it’s as delicious as you’d expect.
The Choc-Tails? So fun.
… Stunning styling
Ireland’s fashion scene is constantly growing. It’s never been a more exciting time to be a designer or stylist in our country – and now there’s a dedicated community to celebrate all the talent we have.
Founded by Irish stylist Zeda the Architect, The Art of Styling is a new platform dedicated to supporting emerging and established stylists.
Their launch event took place this week as part of Irish Design Week, and celebrated the electric talent of Irish stylists and designers, along with some insightful panel discussions.
You can find out more here.
… Silky skin
It’s here – the cold weather, the chilling breeze, the skin that’s dry, cracked, and not getting the love it so desperately needs.
It’s the time of year when our skincare routines tend to focus on the super hydrating and protective… as well as a lot of masks.
Skin Theøry’s new Glycolic Exfoliating Mask is the perfect winter at-home treatment. It brightens dull skin, lifts dead skin cells and relieving blocked pores, leaving skin smooth, calm and resurfaced.
It also comes alongside the new Vitamin C Enzyme Mask in a Christmas Cracker for €49.95, so you’re more than sorted for the cold days ahead… or for a present for that special someone.
… Christmas dinner
@stellarmagazine Team STELLAR checked out M&S’s festive fashion show last week – and there were sequins for days ✨💜 #fyp ♬ Good Graces – Sabrina Carpenter
Alright, it may only be November, but that doesn’t mean we can’t dream about plates full of turkey, ham, sprouts, and about 8 different kinds of potato.
M&S recently held their annual Christmas showcase, and it featured a gorgeous three course Christmas dinner curated by Mark Moriarty.
Team STELLAR was lucky enough to head along, and we enjoyed an evening of gorgeous food, great company, and even a festive fashion show at the end – what a treat!
… Exploring home
If you’re not in the mood to head away this winter, why not enjoy yourself that bit closer to home?
Kathy Kiera Clarke, who you might know better from her iconic role as Aunt Sarah in Derry Girls, has been busy exploring some fun and festive attractions with Discover Northern Ireland.
She recently headed off to the Game of Thrones Studio Tour, Enniskeen Estate in the Mourne Mountains, and enjoyed a roaring fire in Bushmills Inn.
Sure, where else would you get it?
… Flawless foundation
I wouldn’t be the biggest fan of full coverage.
I like a foundation that’s light, dewy, and still leaves my skin looking like, well, my skin.
et al’s foundation does just that, while also providing coverage that’s perfect for a big night out, long day in the office, and everything in between.
I recently started using their Intelligent Skin Radiant Foundation, and it’s only gorgeous. The product glides onto my skin, and leaves it looking hydrated and dewy, but not cake-y.
To apply I used et al’s new bulb blender, which is specially designed for liquid formulas to deliver all-over coverage. Stunning.
