It’s fair to say that Teddy and Faye’s relationship has been, shall we say slightly rocky since Teddy returned from Casa Amor. While the pair have made amends and have recoupled again after Faye pulled Teddy aside to apologise for her behaviour, Teddy’s family have now opened up on their thoughts about Faye’s apology.
The explosive argument resulted in over 25,000 complaints to Ofcom, after which Faye apologised, saying: “I am really sorry for the way I spoke to you. There’s no excuse for the way I spoke to you or how I raised my voice and no one should have someone speak to them like that.”
In an Instagram Q&A, Teddy’s family answered questions on everything from Faye’s apology to whether or not they see a future for both Teddy and Faye.

When asked how they felt about Faye’s reaction to the Casa Amor clip, they shared, “We have to bear in mind, we’re not shown the entirety of every situation. Yes, we don’t agree with how Faye reacted but if her apology was genuine then we see potential growth. We are happy Teddy conducted himself as a true gentleman would”.
One follower then asked if Teddy was a ‘pushover’ for forgiving Faye ‘too easily’, they revealed pretty much exactly what we know about Teddy already. “You can’t knock a man down for fighting for what he loves,” they said. “Teddy was trying to understand what Faye’s reason was for being triggered. He felt he stayed true to himself at Casa Amor and he wanted Faye to understand that. Teddy is not here for drama, he’s here for love ❤️.”

And what had they to say about the 25,000 complaints? Well… “We respect it. It’s good to see that the nation has a great moral compass.”
And now for the real tea, when one fan asked “Will Teddy’s family accept Faye when they meet after everything?”
“We haven’t seen everything. We’ve only seen one-hour episodes that are tailored for entertainment. Teddy’s family would accept and support anyone that makes him happy.”
