Here’s Who The New Islanders Say They’re Interested In

Three nights in and we've plenty to talk about already.

The first couple of nights that Love Island is on will always be a bit slow. We need to give them the benefit of a doubt, let them settle in and get to know each other just a little before we expect anything big. But with only three shows in, we’ve got a lot to talk about already.

Shannon’s shock departure (more on that later), Faye and Brad’s little tiff, and the two new Islanders who are entering the villa tonight. The bombshells who were teased at the end of last night’s show are Liam Reardon and Chuggs Wallis – so let’s get to know them a little more, eh?

Liam is a 21-year-old bricklayer from Wales, so straight off the bat, we have an amazing accent. Love this for us. “I’m after a new partner. It’s been a while since I’ve had a girlfriend. I’m struggling to find one,” he revealed when asked why he signed up to Love Island in the first place.

But who does he have his eye on? “I think Kaz is really good looking and has a great personality. I’m looking forward to getting to know her. And Chloe – I like her confidence and I’m intrigued to see what she’s about.” Yep, it’s gonna get interesting.

As for Chuggs, he’s a 23-year-old business owner from Surrey. What’s the business, I hear you ask? Well, it’s selling customised hats. So we’re waiting to hear a plug or two from Chuggs.

Sharing what he’s looking for in a partner, Chuggs revealed that he wants a best friend and girlfriend in one, cute. “I need someone to be my best mate. I need someone who is going to muck in with my brothers, my family. I’ve got a mate who has a girlfriend, she plays rugby, golf.. everything with us. She’s great, she gets involved. I want something like that.”

And who’s he interested in? “I’d probably say from first impressions Liberty, Chloe and Faye.”

Plus, rumour has it, there’s an Irish musician set to be an upcoming bombshell in the series. Read everything you need to know about that here.

Love Island continues tonight at 9pm Virgin Media One and Virgin Media Player.
