There are many kinds of journals such as blank ones, gratitude journals and others which come with many different prompts. Whenever you’re feeling like scrolling on your phone, pick up your journal and write down your thoughts, plan your day tomorrow, write down goals, the list goes on. Journaling is the perfect way to reduce screen time and keep your mind busy!
