‘I Couldn’t Be Less Devastated’: Piers Morgan Just Took Aim At Scarlett Moffatt And We’re Livid

Barely a week goes by that Piers Morgan doesn’t go out of his way to offend somebody.

Last week he attempted (and failed) to drag JK Rowling, this week it’s Scarlett Moffatt who’s baring the brunt of his nasty comments.

The TV personality decided to drag Scarlett on Good Morning Britain this morning after Channel 4 announced that they’d taken the decision to axe Scarlett and her family from hit show Gogglebox because Scarlett is “now a celebrity in her own right.”

“It will be a bit tense in the Moffatt household,” Piers jibed live on air. “Young Scarlett becomes a big star through I’m A Celebrity and has now effectively ended her parents’ TV career”.

Um, harsh, much?

Piers being Piers, his musings on the matter didn’t end there.

“I’m distraught by the Moffatts not being on Gogglebox as somebody who has never watched Gogglebox or even heard of the family – I couldn’t be less devastated,” he added.

Here’s a sound piece of Irish mammy advice for you, Piers. If you can’t say anything nice, don’t say anything at all.
