Insta Creep: James Charles, Tati And Jeffree Star Are Now Trying To Put All That Drama To Bed…

In our gossip column, we indulge our nosiest desires and delve deep into what the celebs (and ‘celebs’) are doing on social media. Who’s tweeting and deleting? Who’s shady faving? Let’s find out.

If you’re not already bored stiff by the ongoing James Charles/Tati drama, here’s a short rundown of what has happened over the past day or two. 

James released a new video rebutting Tati’s claims, explaining what happened at Coachella and refuting the allegations that he repeatedly pursued straight men. He’s a “19-year-old virgin”, apparently, and anything he said about preferring straight guys was a joke.

In our humble opinion, the person who comes out of this video looking the worst is Jeffree Star, who seems to have been hell bent on inserting himself into a situation he had no place in – something he acknowledged in HIS video about the drama.

Jeffree apologised to James, admitting that he shouldn’t have stirred the pot as he did, and promising not to do it again. You know what that is? Growth. (Though we’ll take it with a pinch of salt.)

Tati released a statement at around the same time as Jeffree’s apology video, saying she had been talking to James “through an intermediary” and wanted to put the whole thing to bed.

I felt the need to publicly break up with James with a warning call loud enough for him to hear. I was attempting to explain my upset and concerns so that everyone would understand my position and end the speculation that it was all over vitamins.

“I completely regret the way I went about [raising my concerns], I could have and should have found a better way,” she continued. “I’m setting aside my overwhelming need to be understood and will continue my conversations with everyone in private.”

Where do you stand now that it’s all come to an end? We’re Team No One.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle celebrated their first wedding anniversary yesterday, posting a frankly adorable video with never-before-seen photos from the day. 

“Thank you for all of the love and support from so many of you around the world. Each of you made this day even more meaningful,” the couple told their fans.

Our personal faves from the new pics: The princes on the stairs, Harry thumbing a lift, and Meghan sharing a little moment with her mum. Ah come on, we love a wedding.

Meanwhile, Kate Middleton has designed a garden for the annual Chelsea Flower Show, and all the kiddies came to play in it. 

Talking about her garden, Kate said she designed it specifically for children to play in: “I believe that spending time outdoors when we are young can play a role in laying the foundations to become happy, healthy adults.”

And Louis, Charlotte and George seemed to have a whale of a time, alright.

Charting the public’s obsession with what Holly Willoughby is wearing. 

Look at her there wearing trousers! We got quite a shock. Today’s look is a particularly meaningful one – Holly is wearing a shirt with a print by the artist Dan Baldwin, designed in collaboration with the male mental health charity Calm Zone. Twenty percent from each sale of the £190 shirt will go to the charity, which is very lovely indeed. Good on you, Hol.
