Insta Creep: Rosie Connolly Says She’s ‘Stepped Away’ From Her Brand Aluxe…

Irish influencer Rosie Connolly has announced that she has ‘stepped away’ from her sunglasses range Aluxe. What’s going on at all?

Well – several ‘influencer call-out’ Instagram accounts have sprung up over the past couple of months with the purpose of unmasking so-called shady practices like photo editing, products sold at huge mark-ups, and undisclosed ads.

One of these accounts questioned Rosie about Aluxe, which they noted she hadn’t posted about in a few months. She responded on her Instagram Story yesterday:

I can’t get into much detail here but I have stepped away from the brand. It is still going and is being managed separately to myself. I made a personal choice.

She didn’t disclose why she has stepped back from the range, but said she’s now focusing on “lots of different projects” and “reevaluating the direction” she wants to go in. Interesting!

Adorable human Stacey Solomon posted a photo of her ‘normal’ bikini body while on holiday, and she obviously looks fab.
