Jake Cornish Has Allegedly Quit Love Island Three Days In

Jake Cornish has allegedly quit Love Island just three days after the show began filming.

On Monday night the All Stars season of the show premiered, and watched as twist after twist made the episode an extremely tense and dramatic one!

Liberty Poole was shocked when ex boyfriend Jake Cornish walked through the door, and the group couldn’t believe their eyes when an unannounced Islander joined the crew – Callum Jones.

As if that wasn’t excitement enough, the Love Island producers took it one step further and brought in Callum’s ex Molly Smith at the last minute as a bombshell.

Phew – we can’t keep up!

Now, it seems as though Islander Jake has already had enough of all the curveballs.

His first coupling was decided upon by the public, and Jake was shocked to learn that he had been paired with ex Liberty.

We watched as Jake looked dismayed at the choice, saying to himself “I knew it.”

And it appears that was the final straw for the former water engineer.

A source told The Sun that “Jake was really shocked to see Liberty in the villa – they had no idea the other person would be there.

They continued, “It was clear from the start they wouldn’t get back together, then none of the girls wanted to step forward for him.”

As for his exit, the source revealed that “Jake had a nice three days in the villa and had a very emotional chat to Maya Jama.

“[He] couldn’t stay in the villa so he quit the show – it’s not his time and it’s not the right time to find love.”

Well, fair enough Jake.

It’s hard enough doing Love Island once, never mind twice – and with your ex, too!

We wonder who Liberty will couple up with next?
