Katie Holmes and her boyfriend have finally gone public, after months of speculation about the pair. Her new beau shared a snap of her sitting on his knee with a heartfelt caption for her birthday this weekend.

Emilio Vitolo Jr, who’s a chef, shared the picture to Instagram, confirming their relationship after they were first spotted together in September.

The 33 year old captioned it; “The most amazing, kindest, beautiful person. Every time I see your face it makes me smile. Happy Birthday!!! I love you!!”

So far, Katie hasn’t shared any pictures with her new beau on her own social media profiles but perhaps she’s trying to keep her romance private after a string of high profile relationships.

The actress is well-known for her marriage and subsequent divorce from Hollywood actor Tom Cruise in 2012. The couple were married for six years and have a fourteen year old daughter together, Suri.

After her split from Cruise Katie dated actor, Jamie Foxx and they split last year.

Emilio is also an upcoming actor and is due to appear in a film with Ewan McGregor and Val Kilmer called The Birthday Cake. So we may be seeing more of him very soon!
