Kendall Jenner Just Dropped $52,000 On A New Sofa And TBH It’s Kinda Ugly

Since moving into Emily Blunt and John Krasinski’s mansion in Hollywood, Kendall Jenner has been in the process of kitting out her new home.

But unlike us mere mortals, Kenny isn’t taking a trip to Ikea and stocking up on flatpacks.

Nope, the mega rich model and reality star has, not surprisingly, turned to some super flash – and super pricey – designers to help decorate her new pad, enlisting the help of interior expert Martyn Lawrence Bullard to help her scout out some unique furnishings.

And the latest of these unique furnishings is this garish blue, um, sofa-type thing.

Officially known as the Bao sofa by Edra, the furnishing set Kenny back $52,000 and honestly we’re not really sure what she was thinking.

Sure we get that it’s meant to look kinda ‘groovy’ and high-end, but seriously, for $52,000 we want leather, we want reclining seats, and god dammit we want a little cup holder on each arm to hold our glass of wine.

As for Kendall, well, she seems only delighted with her new purchase.

“Even though I’ve purchased a bunch of things, I’m still waiting for all of it to be delivered,” she revealed on her website. “I realised I’d been really good and came in way under budget on my furniture allowance. I got super excited and bought another amazing couch. It works perfectly in the space!”

$52,000 on a couch that looks like a big blue blob is under budget?

Don’t mind us, we’ll just be over here sobbing into the dingy two-seater couch we bought in 2005.
