She's taken legal action over the accusation.

Khloe Kardashian has hit back at designer, Destiney Bleu, for accusing her of stealing her catsuit designs.

The 32-year-old reality star designed a sleeveless leotard, like a corset, with crystals concentrated in the bust area for her clothing brand, Good American. But Destiney, who’s designed outfits for Beyonce, Shania Twain and Iggy Azalea, has said that Khloe has blatantly stolen her creation after buying the original version last December.

Khloe has firmly denied the accusation, and has taken on the help of her lawyer, Marty Singer, to fight back against Destiney.

Marty wrote a letter, which included comparative photos of the two outfits, showing that Destiney’s design was of a full body, long sleeve leotard, lined with crystals distributed evenly.

He went on to say that this is nothing more than “a cheap publicity stunt in order to garner attention for herself and generate sales of her merchandise.”

Destiney has not yet responded to the letter.
