Love Island Star Luca Bish Is Working On A New TV Series

Love Island star Luca Bish is heading in front of the camera once again!

Luca teased his upcoming project on Instagram. Sharing a snap of himself sitting on a tree trunk while being filmed. Saying: “Can’t wait for you lot to see what we’ve been working on in Wales.”

Tagging the BBC, Welsh channel Hansh by S4C and the production company CARLAM.

He also shared another snap, this time of him behind the camera. Holding a portable rig, he wrote: “It’s like take your kids to work day for these producers.”

The news comes following his split from fellow islander Gemma Owen.

It’s now been a few weeks since the Love Island runner-ups called it quits, and the pair have kept quiet since. But thanks to fellow islander Davide Sanclimenti, we know how Luca handled the breakup.

Speaking to the Daily Mail, the Italian Stallion revealed he had been comforting pal Luca amid the split, sharing how hard it was for him in the beginning.

Explaining: “He was not really okay but he is now and he is getting better and I feel like I told him, ‘You had an amazing experience together and had a lovely time but if it’s not something that’s going to work then Gemma will find someone who is meant for her and you will find someone meant for you so there is no reason to be sad’.”

Sharing advice from his own experience, Davide said: “I always say, ‘If it’s meant to be for me then it will be for me.’ I realise this with Ekin-Su and things outside the villa with her are getting better and better each day.”

Gemma and Luca shared news of their breakup on social media, with Luca throwing some shade Gemma’s way after he hinted at not being aware that the news was being put out.

“I would have liked some time to process this privately but as you all already now know, sadly Gemma and I made the mutual decision earlier today to go our separate ways,” he posted on his Instagram story.

Gemma released a statement to her Instagram hours before saying, “To all my followers, I wanted to let you know that Luca and I are no longer in a relationship.

“It wasn’t an easy decision but ultimately this is what is best for us both right now. Many of you have been on this journey with us from the very beginning, and I want to thank you for your continued support as we start new chapters. Love always, Gem x.”
