Love Island’s Molly And Zach Address Breakup Rumours

A few months out from the last season of Love Island, and the romances are still going strong!

In fact, Ella and Ty, Whitney and Lochan, Sammy and Jess, and Molly and Zach are all still coupled up – or are they?

Fans recently began to speculate about Molly and Zach’s connection in particular, when both shared cryptic posts to their Instagrams.

Molly posted some Adele lyrics to her Instagram story; “We’re in love with the world. But the world just wants to bring us down. By putting ideas in our heads.” Later in the song, Adele also sings: “How come we’ve both become a version of a person we don’t even like?” Heavy!

Then soon after, Zach shared an unusually dark quote to his story, too.

“My silence doesn’t mean I agree with you. It means your level of stupidity rendered me speechless.” Ouch.

Of course, fans of the duo put two and two together, and began questioning whether they may have called it quits.

Now, Zach has chosen to address the rumours head on in an Instagram story.

Posting a video to discuss the speculation, Zach spoke directly to the camera.

“It’s come to my attention, yeah, that there have been some rumours going around…that me and Molly have recently split up,” he begins.

“Look, let me just come out and say it, it’s true. We’ve broken up and it’s unfortunate to say the least.”

Wait, what!?

Yeah, you guessed it – he was joking. No sooner has he finished speaking than he pans the camera toward Molly, who sits beside him giggling.

So there! Molly and Zach remain happily unbothered by any concerns about their relationship, and the rumours are squashed.
