Love Island’s Nicole Asked To Go On All Stars ‘One Day’ After Split

Love Island’s Nicole Samuel has said that she was asked to go on All Stars just one day after announcing her split from ex Ciaran Davies.

The couple, who appeared on last summer’s season of Love Island, came second in the show and dated until December.

Nicole has since said that she was approached by producers just one day after sharing that they had broken up.

“I got asked to do it [All Stars] this year, but it is too soon,” she told MailOnline. 

“We announced the breakup on the Monday and the next day they were in contact, so it was too soon, I need time to heal.

“I’m not rushing from one thing to another boy. Mentally and physically I couldn’t do it. I’m still processing the breakup.”

Nicole went on to say that she is watching the show and supporting her friends.

“It’s mad watching the people who were in there with me, that was us six months ago,” she said “I miss it but it is mad. I’m rooting for season 11 and Elma, she’s my girl.”

She added that she and Ciaran are “on good terms” and the pair simply drifted apart.

“Nothing bad happened which makes it easier to deal with it,” she said. “Coming out into the real world sometimes it just doesn’t work and that’s OK.

“In there it isn’t real life and sometimes you come out and drift apart. We still get on and there’s no resentment there.”

Love Island All Stars is now in its second week, and has seen the likes of Grace Jackson and Tina Stinnes return as bombshells.

According to reports, last year’s islander Harriett is lined up to return to the villa soon and confront ex Ronnie.
