Binky Felstead has announced that she suffered a miscarriage while pregnant with her second child.

Just after the 12 week mark, Binky lost her baby and revealed that she was unsure over whether or not she should share the heartbreaking news with the public.

“I’ve thought long and hard about doing this post, but I felt that if I can pass on any warmth, comfort or help to anybody in the same position – well that would be great,” she started by saying.

Continuing, the 30-year-old revealed that she suffered great loss six weeks ago, and it really put into perspective for her how lucky she was to have such a smooth pregnancy with her first child, India.

Noting that nothing should ever be taken for granted, Binky revealed that she’s now taking “time to mentally and physically heal”. Explaining that she knows there was nothing she could do to change the devastating situation, Binky continued that after two three scans because she was concerned about her bleeding, she found out that the doctors could no longer find a heartbeat.

“Perhaps this was nature’s way of saying that for whatever reason, this little soul wasn’t ready for the world,” Binky continued.

This was the MIC star’s first pregnancy with fiancé Max Fredrik Darnton; the pair had just announced their engagement on social media one month ago.

At the time, Binky showcased her divine rock to the camera with the caption:

“The easiest ‘Yes’ EVER! On Friday morning, on their way to the duck pond, Max asked India for her permission to ask her mummy to marry him. I love you Max- you bring out the best in me. I’m so lucky.”
