It’s the song that never gets old on Karaoke, and it turns out it’s not even getting old for the singer herself!

Miley Cyrus has announced that it has been 13 years since The Climb was released and she still feels its message to this day.

The Climb is one of the songs featured in Miley’s Disney era (being in the Hannah Montana movie) that she still finds a connection with today and still performs at her concerts, 13 years later. We love to see it.

Posting a video she took at her Summerfest set last year that shows the crowd singing all the words to the emotional song, Miley wrote;

Took this video from stage last year at Summerfest! It is the 13 year anniversary of The Climb! I feel it’s message is resonating more than ever for me personally. Everyone has a unique journey , not one path is ever going to be the same.

“Wherever you are today on the ride of your life – I support you. I hope it is preparing you for your fullest potential. Life’s a climb but the view is great… 🏔 much love and gratitude for the support!”

Although Miley has come a long way from her Hannah Montana days, she truly never forgets where she started, often posting memes and throwbacks to the show.

Last year she celebrated 15 years of the show by writing an open letter to her character and throwing a Hannah Montana themed party, one we’d have loved to attend.
