Millie Mackintosh Celebrates Her Baby Shower At Home With Husband, Hugo

"I am sending love from afar and feel very lucky to have such a loving husband here with me to make this day special in whatever way we can."

Like many others, Millie Mackintosh has had to cancel her baby shower this weekend. Instead, Millie and her husband Hugo still decided to celebrate and get dressed up for the occasion, without all of her friends and family there.

“Today would have been my baby shower and although I’m sad I can’t celebrate in person with all the amazing women in my life, I am sending love from afar and feel very lucky to have such a loving husband here with me to make this day special in whatever way we can.”

She also paid a little tribute to all the other people who can’t celebrate today with their friends and family;
“Sending hugs to everybody who planned weddings, birthdays, christenings and baby showers that you have had to cancel or postpone. We are all in this together and will come out the other side stronger than ever.”

Millie, of course, looked stunning in a floor length pink chiffon maxi dress. Posting to Instagram she said; “I’m still going to get dressed up because it’s important to celebrate these special moments.”
Hugo also decided to dress with her baby shower theme and wore a pink shirt for the occasion.

The couple are expecting their first baby together, a little girl, who Hugo also had a positive message for;
“To my darling angel wife and my future angel little girl know you are coming into a world filled with love all around.”
