OMG What A Complete Success! Aisling Books Three, Four and Five Are On The Way
AND we have a movie to look forward to!
There’s a lot of excitement among the Aislings of the world today as the cover for book number three has been revealed.
Once, Twice, Three Times an Aisling is the third instalment in the hugely successful OMG What A Complete Aisling series and it’s out on September 12th.
We’re so excited to catch up with Aisling and see how she’s getting on with the Cafe in Ballygobbard and with the handsome James.
With all the excitement you’d nearly miss the news that a fourth and fifth book have also been confirmed.
“Who knew Aisling had this much go in her?!” authors Sarah Breen and Emer Mclysaght said.
“We are so thrilled the people of Ireland and beyond have taken her into their hearts. We have such great plans for her (and the rest of the gang), so to be able to dedicate two more books to their stories is a dream come true.’
So what exactly can we expect from book number three? Well, she’s turning 30, and yes, she’s still a complete Aisling.
As she continues her adventures in adulthood, business is booming at café BallyGoBrunch. Her best friend Majella is expecting the hen of the century, while Aisling is in the throes of a fling with the handsome and mannerly blow-in James Matthews.
Life is all go, but when the big birthday hits, Aisling is faced with a huge surprise and an unexpected decision. Throw in a hapless wedding planner, a mysterious American visitor, the sudden return of her brother Paul, not to mention her ex-boyfriend John’s face around every corner, and Aisling’s got an awful lot on her plate!
We also have the movie to look forward to, which hasn’t got a release date just yet.
Emer and Sarah, who wrote the screenplay, commented that “We are so delighted to be working with Element Pictures to bring Aisling to the big screen. Imagine! Aisling on the big screen! We’ve known this character for ten years so to be given the opportunity to take her from the pages of our beloved book and transform her into a walking, talking, caring (and judging, let’s be honest) girl in front of a camera is beyond our wildest dreams!”
It’s an Aisling overload and we love it!
