Kendall Jenner has been earning some serious money through her modelling career and occasional scenes on Keeping Up With The Kardashians, so it’s no surprise she could drop $8.55 million on a Beverly Hills mansion.

According to Trulia, a real-estate website in the United States, the almost 22-year-old has purchased this Spanish-style property that was once owned by Charlie Sheen and his ex-wife, Brooke Mueller.

The 6,625-square-foot house is located in Mulholland Estates, a gated community with its own security, which is really important to Kendall considering her history of stalkers.

The home also features five bedrooms, six bathrooms, a fountain, cinema, swimming pool, spa, fire pit, a tennis court, and playground.
