P!nk Has Been Forced To Defend A Photo Of Her Kids At A Holocaust Memorial

"Please keep your hatred and judgment to yourselves."

As she’s already proven, P!nk is not here for anyone’s mommy shaming.

Followers and trolls have criticised her for sharing too much about her kids, for sharing a snap of her son without a nappy on, and for cooking with her kids beside her, among many other things.

Each time, she shows us she’s well able for the haters, and replies in some sort no-bullshit way.

This time around, she’s in trouble for sharing a photo of her two children, Willow and Jameson, at a Holocaust memorial.

The kids can be seen at running through the Memorial to the Murdered Jews of Europe.


Some followers felt the picture was disrespectful. With others calling it ‘tacky’ or labelling her a ‘typical American’.

But P!nk was having none of it (are you surprised by now?).

“For all of the comments; these two children are in actuality Jewish, as am I and the entirety of my mothers family. The very person who constructed this believed in children being children, and to me, this is a celebration of life after death. Please keep your hatred and judgment to yourselves.”

Peter Eisenman, the architect behind the memorial had previously said that “he wanted visitors to the memorial to behave freely,” and “has said he can imagine it as a place where children play between the pillars or picnic on the fringes.” According to DW.com, “He has made it clear that he wants it to be a part of everyday life rather than a holy place.”

This probably won’t be the last time P!nk or any mother is called out for doing seemingly normal things, but at least people the singer isn’t afraid to clap back!
