PSA: Louis Walsh Is Searching For Superstars, With Auditions Taking Place In Dublin

Ever dreamed of being the next Little Mix, always dreamed of following in the footsteps of the Jonas Brothers? Now is your chance to bring those dreams to life.

Louis Walsh, known best as X Factor judge and manager for bands like Boyzone and Westlife, is looking to find the next big group.

He will hold auditions for a boyband and girlband at Vicar Street in Dublin in late November.

What’s the requirements?

Applications are asked to send their details (full name, date of birth and phone number) along with a short video clip of themselves performing. This can be a link to their YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, or just filmed on their phone.

All applicants must be between the ages of 16 and 21.

Entries close on Fri 12th Nov 2021. Successful applicants will be contacted by Monday 15th November 2021 if selected to audition.

Boyband final auditions will take place on 20th November, while girlband final auditions are on November 21st, so you must be available on these dates.

Speaking about the search, Louis said: ​

“Because of Covid guidelines and indeed the talent that we all see and hear every day online, I am asking people to go onto the site and send me a sample of them performing – or a link to their social account where we can find them. We will then call back finalists for a live audition. There is so much great talent here in Ireland and I’m really looking forward to the next few weeks.”
