Rebel Wilson Opens Up On Social Media About Fertility Struggles

Rebel Wilson has shared an emotional post to social media as she revealed she received “bad news” this week amid fertility struggles.

The actress shared back in 2019 that she had planned to freeze her eggs. Speaking on an Instagram live at the time she said; “As all good career women out there should know, you know, if that’s something that interests you, it’s a pretty good time to do it.”

“And getting to 40 is kind of leaving it even a little too late. It’s better to do it a bit earlier if you can.”

Since then she hasn’t shared much about her journey to having a baby, but this weekend broke her silence after receiving some bad news. Although she didn’t go into any specific details she shared an emotional post as well as expressing solidarity to other women trying to conceive.

“I got some bad news today and didn’t have anyone to share it with…but I guess I gotta tell someone. To all the women out there struggling with fertility, I feel ya.”

Continuing she said; “The universe works in mysterious ways and sometimes it all doesn’t make sense…but I hope there’s light about to shine through all the dark clouds.”
