Rihanna Shares How Hard It Was To Hide Her Pregnancy From Her Friends

The world showed so much love when Rihanna revealed her baby news in a gorgeous photoshoot with ASAP Rocky this month.
But it wasn’t just the public who Riri hid the secret from, she had to keep her pregnancy under wraps even with her friends for a while too!
Speaking to E! News she said, “It was harder for me to keep it from my posse, because they’re around me, they know my habits.”
“They’re like, ‘You don’t want something to drink? You’re not smoking?’ And I’m eating all the things I’m not used to eating. They know I hate sweets and I’m all of a sudden asking for cookies and donuts.”

“But finally, I just had to let it all out, and they were all shocked, of course, as the world was shocked as well.”
Rihanna also admitted when she first found out she was pregnant she didn’t want to get too excited too soon, “It’s great news, but you…want to see that it’s going to see its way through. And I’m so glad that we’re this far along and now I can celebrate with everyone…” she said.
We are delighted Rihanna and ASAP are able to celebrate the fantastic news with everyone now too.
The pair confirmed the news on Instagram when Rihanna posted some gorgeous pictures with the caption, “how the gang pulled up to black history month”.

The pair confirmed their romance last year after many dating rumours.
Asap said in a GQ interview Ri was “the love of my life” and “my lady”.
Speaking about what it’s like to be in a relationship, ASAP said: “So much better when you got the One. She amounts to probably, like, a million of the other ones.”
He added: “I think when you know, you know. She’s the One.”
