Sarah Jessica Parker has shut down comments about her ‘ageing looks’.
Chatting with Vogue about her upcoming role in the Sex and the City reboot, Sarah said that the comments made about how she looks are nothing more than ‘misogynist chatter’.
“There’s so much misogynist chatter in response to us that would never. Happen. About. A. Man”
The comments Jessica is referring to are ones that have been made on social media, regarding how she and the other Sex and the City stars look in pictures snapped while the crew is filming.
“Gray hair gray hair gray hair. Does she have gray hair?’ I’m sitting with Andy Cohen, and he has a full head of gray hair, and he’s exquisite. Why is it okay for him? I don’t know what to tell you people!” She continued.

“Everyone has something to say. ‘She has too many wrinkles, she doesn’t have enough wrinkles”
Continuing to shut down any further comments she added:
“When we announced And Just Like That…, there were a lot of positive reactions, but one bitchy response online was people sharing pictures of the Golden Girls”
“And I was like, ‘Wow, so it’s either you’re 35, or you’re retired and living in Florida. There’s a missing chapter here”
Thankfully, we can get the cosmos bewing, as a release date has been shared for the series reboot, making January 10th always be known as the day our faves came back on our screen.
The show will follow Carrie, Charlotte, and Miranda as they navigate life in their 50s.
The new series will be coming to Sky Comedy and streaming service Now TV in December.
