Seems like Selena Gomez is the latest celebrity to announce an upcoming documentary all about her life, and we couldn’t be happier about it!

Yes, that right Apple original Films have gained the rights to the new documentary feature about the singer-actress which is titled Selena Gomez: My Mind and Me, directed and produced by Alek Keshishian, who also previously directed Madonna: Truth or Dare.

It will focus on Selena herself, who after years in the limelight, achieves unimaginable stardom. “But just as she reaches a new peak, an unexpected turn pulls her into darkness. This uniquely raw and intimate documentary spans her six-year journey into a new light,” teases Apple.

Giving us a rare insight into her life as a singer, songwriter, actress, producer, entrepreneur and activist, this tell-all feature marks the second project for Apple with producers Lighthouse Management + Media and Interscope Films following their collaboration on the Emmy Award-nominated documentary “Billie Eilish: The World’s a Little Blurry.”

The talented artist took to Instagram to announce the news, sharing a sneaky snippet of what’s to come, writing, “Wanna hear a  part to my story…My Mind & Me coming soon to @AppleTvPlus.”

Of course, it didn’t take long for the comment section to blow up with praise by fans showing their support with one writing, “I’M SO HAPPY” while another said, “OMG WE’VE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS.”
