Selling Sunset’s Chrishell Reveals She May Start A Family On Her Own

Selling Sunset star Chrishell has revealed that she’s ‘keeping her options open’ regarding starting a family, adding that she’s also open to becoming a mother whether or not she has a partner.

Recently, Chrishell and co-star Jason Oppenheim ended their relationship due to having different hopes for the future when it comes to starting a family. At the time, Jason shared a statement online sharing that there were no hard feelings or foul play between himself and Chrishell admitting that the relationship they shared was the “most fulfilling relationship of my life”.

He also added that: “While we have different wants regarding a family, we continue to have the utmost respect for one another.”

Now, Chrishell has shared in an interview with People that she’s keeping her options open when it comes to starting a family.

“It’s bittersweet,” she shared, speaking of the reason behind her and Jason’s breakup. “You can’t talk out this problem. It’s just something that, it is what it is.

“We’ll see what happens with my future, but I definitely think that I’m keeping all my options open.”

Adding that she’d like to one day have children with someone, she shared: “I would love for that to happen, but if it doesn’t, I feel like I can do it on my own. That’s something that seems scary, but it also seems a little freeing, knowing that I’m not tied down to this idea that I only have this finite amount of time to figure it out.

“I feel like it’s one of those things where I’m giving myself a certain amount of time.

“It’s 2022 and we have to kind of look at all options. I definitely have come around to the thought that, yes, I’m going to go and try and [find a partner], but if I don’t find that, that’s okay too.”

As well as that, Chrishell has also shared where she and ex Jason now stand. Speaking on an episode of The Adam Carolla Show podcast, she revealed: “I’m very proud to say we’re really good friends. It’s one of those breakups that nobody did anything wrong, he’s a great guy.

“You know, I wanna have a family, I wanna have a kid—and he doesn’t, but everything else was great. And so, it helps because he’s a really, really good person.

“We’re still really close and I’m actually proud of that relationship, where it’s like, you know what—it showed me what I want going forward because it was so great in every other sense.”
