“Slutty, Slutty!” Sarah Harding Is Being Slammed For Her Comments About Modern Girl Bands

Sarah Harding has been causing all sorts of controversy since entering the Celebrity Big Brother house, having kissed another man live on TV despite having a boyfriend outside the show. But her latest rant about modern girl bands has landed her in more hot water.

When housemate Chad Johnson asked if she’d ever heard of American girl group Fifth Harmony, she responded by saying, “Those slutty ones?” Then added, “They all wear next to nothing. All the girl bands do these days. Slutty, slutty, slutty, sex sells, sex sells.”

She then tried to cover her tracks so that viewers couldn’t accuse her of being a pot calling the kettle black. “Obviously, when we were touring, we didn’t wear much because it was so hot, but it’s when they do the videos, it’s all, like, slut drops and twerking. We used to have to do proper dance routines. They just do slut drops now,” she said.

But fans have been slamming her for the comments, saying she was no different during her Girls Aloud days and that no woman should ever judge another woman’s clothing.

One person tweeted, “Sarah Harding must have forgotten what Girls Aloud’s outfits were like, no one batted an eyelid about it back then either ? “.

Another person said, “Sarah Harding is an embarrassment. Don’t slut shame another group of women. And cheat on your boyfriend. Also, Girls Aloud were terrible.”
