Sorry Ladies, Ryan Gosling Is Now A Married Man (But It All Went Down In Secret)

They did it with their first child, they did it with their second child, and now they’ve done it with their wedding.

Ryan Gosling and Eva Mendes are officially husband and wife, according to reports by Us Weekly today, but they managed to pull the whole thing off in secret.

These two are pros at keeping the media out of their lives, and it seems they upped the level of secrecy even further for their recent wedding. Apparently the pair “quietly” tied the knot with a “small number of friends” present in a ceremony earlier this year.

Given the massive lengths that both Allison Williams and Jennifer Aniston went to to keep their 2015 weddings quiet – Allison had a decoy location publicised to fool paps, while Jennifer imposed a blanket social media ban on all staff and guests – Eva and Ryan must have literally retreated to a cave to get married in. With fake names. And nothing wedding-related within a one mile radius of their location. Or something.

“Eva and Ryan have always felt like a married couple,” one source close to Eva says. “They are infatuated with each other.”

The couple welcomed their second daughter Amada, whose name means “beloved,” back in April 2016. As with their first child, the couple made no official birth announcement, preferring to let the world figure things out for itself, which it did, but only thanks to a grainy pap shot of Eva that surfaced EIGHT months into her pregnancy.

Speaking shortly after Amada’s birth, Ryan told People he’d found a new lease of life since becoming a dad.

“It sounds so clichéd, but I never knew that life could be this fun and this great,” he revealed.
