Stranger Things’ Eleven And Dance Moms’ Maddie Is The Only Celeb Friendship You Really Need
We were NOT this cool aged 12.
One of them has toured the world with Sia, and the other is a lead in the biggest TV drama of 2016. So it’s no surprise then, that Maddie Ziegler and Millie Bobby Brown’s friendship is just a little cooler than your average pairing.
Add their myriad achievements to the fact that these two have a combined age of just 26, and you’re left wondering why you really bother with life at all.
Yes, we know it’s a *touch* weird to be obsessed with the friendship between a 12-year-old and a 14-year-old, but hear us out here.
Just LOOK at this picture of them hanging at Universal Studios and drinking Butterbeer:

Youthful friendship goals, amirite?
Fresh from her appearance at the Golden Globes on Sunday night, Millie, who plays Eleven in Stranger Things, headed to Ellen DeGeneres’ studio for a chat about all things Hollywood, including her friendship with Maddie, who she met through mutual friends in LA. The pair have only known each other five months, but are already “best friends,” despite things getting off to a shaky start.
“When I met her, I started crying,” Millie told Ellen, adding that she had been a longtime fan of Maddie since seeing her dance in Sia’s video for Chandelier in 2014.
“She private messaged me on Twitter. I’d never been on a sleepover before and she was like, ‘Do you want to come over?’ So I’m like, ‘Sure, ok.’ So I go over and at like 3 o’clock in the morning the fire alarm comes on. We all had to get rushed out of her apartment building and I’m crying because I’m like, ‘My first sleepover’s ruined!’ So we’ve been through a lot.”
New life goal: gatecrash a Millie/Maddie date.
