Admitting that his dog Keira inspired everything Noel did with animals from the get-go, he admitted that although she’s not with him anymore, her legacy will continue.

“My heart is truly broken, she was my best friend in the whole wide world,” Noel confessed online. Adding that he will pay full tribute to Keira in time, for now Noel just wanted to share the news with the world briefly while he mourns such a devastating loss.

“I know that she touched many lives with her light,” added Noel.

“With great pain comes great pain, but her love will be inside me forever.”

Keira was also a firm favourite with fans of Noel, with the pair often taking to the TV and social media together. It was clear that their bond was, and forever will be a strong one. May she rest in peace.
