Sydney Sweeney is fast on her way to being a household name.
The Anyone But You star is the new Hollywood ‘it’ girl, which is probably why she finds herself in sticky situations like this one…not to worry, our girl can handle it!
Instagram user, @colostrum.lover, a so-called dietitian, whose account now appears to have been deleted, created a video where she falsely claimed to be Sydney Sweeney’s dietitian of five years, followed by a thread of made-up statements regarding the star’s diet.
The Instagram reel caption read, “I was Sydney Sweeney’s dietician for five years, this is how I helped her get her dream role with five easy food swaps.”
The ‘dietician’ even cheekily added, “[Sydney] wouldn’t stop talking about the last one.”
Ru, when was this?!
Fortunately, the content somehow circled its way back to Sydney herself, who wiped away the conspiracy in one viral comment, “I don’t know you and Kraft mac and cheese is for life.”
Yes, Sydney!
The user had alleged in their post that Kraft mac and cheese was at one point, Sweeney’s go-to comfort food, and indicated that it is, “a dietician’s nightmare.” So iconic of the Euphoria star to remind us that celebs love comfort foods too!

Fans have been praising Sydney’s quick-fire response and are now glorifying the concept of celebrities calling out those who spread false and misleading information across social media.
It’s becoming increasingly difficult to differentiate what’s genuine and what’s fake online.
@luvu2golka wrote, “I need more celebs to start calling out these lairs trying to sell diet plans and courses using their names.” You tell them girl!
The false narratives created and spread using A lister’s name has become an out-of-control trending issue that needs to be stopped.
Thank you, Sydney, for setting a standard.
Cassie for president?
